Weight processor for the hopper scales WBA

The weight processor PW-310 for automatic hopperscales (WBA) ensures measuring of mass of free-flowing and liquid materials, automatic control of actuators WBA for the purpose of fixation by the accruing total of the total weight of the material which has passed through WBА.

Features:

- control of one-speed or two-position (double-speed) (for filling-up of fast and exact flows) the batching mechanism and the gear of unloading of the material;

- control of the gears of vibroloading and vibrounloading with individual setting of start and stop of the operation by the material weight in the hopper;

- external discrete signals of control of the actuators position and enable of loading and unloading of the material;

- maintenance of the set capacity of the material pass;

- shipment of the given material quantity including with the set capacity;

- six- or four-wire connection of the load cell;

- simple calibration of the gear by exemplary weights, and with use of values mV/V of the transmitters;

- an adjustable current output;

- non-volatile memory for storage of the journal, totals, settings and real time clock;

- data transmission to peripherals by interface RS-485 or RS-232 with use of the protocol ModBus;

- remote control of operation of the hopper scales from peripherals by interface RS-485 or RS-232 with use of the protocol ModBus;

- use of wireless data transmission by means of the portable modem;

- the journal of totals (hour, shift, month, annual);

- the journal of events;

- built-in tests;

- indication of abnormal operation of the batcher (emergencies);

- password protection of settings;

- bilingual interface (Russian / English) of the user;

- possibility of loading of the software at the Customer for its renewal or change of the functionality of the gear.

  • transmission of the described above data to peripherals by interface RS-485 or RS-232 with use of the protocol ModBus by one or two (optionaly) consecutive channels;
  • remote control of the hopper scales operation by interface RS-485 or RS-232 with use of the protocol ModBus.
