Weight processor PW-310 for the batcher of free-flowing materials DWS

PW-310 for the weight batcher for free-flowing materials (DWS) ensures measuring of mass of batched free-flowing materials, automatic control of actuators of the batcher and setting of batching parameters for the purpose of reaching of the set dose value, fixing by the accruing total the amount of doses and total weight of the batched material.

Features:

- control of the actuator of container fixing on the load-receiving device;

- control of the two-position  (double-speed) batching mechanism for filling-up by fast and exact flows;

- control of two vibrators during filling-up of the container with individual setting of the operation  modes;

- control of forced dump / pushing out of the container with the batched material, including, by the external signal of pushing enable;

- control of the actuators position by the external discrete signals;

- stopping and continuation of batching by two external signals;

- start and stop of batching by external signals;

- automatic setting of  batching parameters;
